In accordance with TeachStart’s Dismissal Policy, Scoot may dismiss a fellow who is unavailable to work three or more times, excluding sick leave, PTO, or another legally valid excuse.
Fellows who have exhausted their PTO or sick leave hours and need to take additional time off may request unpaid leave. Circumstances such as these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
