Program Prerequisites

Scholar and Scholar+ Pathways

All Scholar and Scholar+ Fellows must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA in order to be eligible for the program. Program participants will be required to satisfy the Basic Skills Requirement in order to obtain a 30-day permit in order to sub in the classroom by the start of their program. Previous experience in the classroom is not required.

Paraprofessional Pathway

All Paraprofessional Fellows must hold a high school degree or equivalent in order to be eligible for the program. Previous experience in the classroom is not required.
