Scholar and Paraprofessional Fellows

A normal work week for Scholar and Paraprofessional Fellows will consist of 40 hours of work per week Monday-Friday (except for paid holidays and PD days).

If a Fellow's normally assigned school is closed on a day that is not one of the paid holidays listed in the table below, the fellow is responsible for notifying their day-to-day Scoot consultant in order to receive another placement for that day. Scoot may not have another assignment immediately ready, but fellows should expect to receive work as late as 6:00-7:30am the morning of reassignment.

Scholar+ Fellows

A normal work week for Scholar+ fellows will consist of 40 hours of work per week Monday-Friday (except for paid holidays, PD days, and Scholar+ study days). In the event that fellows are not given a substitute assignment on a particular day, you are expected to use those 8 hours for training and study time. 

If a Scholar+ fellow's normally assigned school is closed on a day that is not one of the paid holidays listed in the table below, the fellow is responsible for notifying their day-to-day Scoot consultant in order to receive another placement for that day. Scoot may not have another assignment immediately ready, but fellows should expect to receive work as late as 6:00-7:30am the morning of reassignment.
