Rivet School is a nonprofit college program that offers a clear, affordable path to earn a BA virtually (the first step to earning a teaching credential).

TeachStart is partnering with Rivet School to offer fellows in our Paraprofessional program the opportunity to earn their BA and begin the Scholar+ pathway. Interested fellows will work through a job-relevant BA program online, get support from a personal college coach, and work alongside a community of peers working towards the same goal. Those who put in about 15 hours a week can earn a BA in as little as 2-3 years all while working as TeachStart Paraprofessionals.

Rivet School has rolling application deadlines every 2 months to ensure that fellows can join when the time is best for them.
